Co-create page

For collaboration within a limited scope, group or team space allows members to be added to specific pages for collaboration. If you want to collaborate with people outside your space, you need to add them as "External Collaborators" on the page.

The external collaborator feature is currently open for all space types, but different space versions have invitation quantity limits.

Full Permissions: Manage page collaborators, sharing, and edit page content.
Only Edit: Edit, add, and delete (including permanently delete) page content.
Only comment: Comment on the page and its content.
- Page-level comments: Find the comment addition entry at the top of the page.
- Block-level comments: Find the entry on the left side of the block.
- Selection comments: Comment on selected text.
Only view: Only view the page.
